Production & Delivery Timeline
We want you to know exactly what to expect after placing your custom cushion order. Below is a simple overview of our process:
Step 1
Order Review (Within 1–2 Business Days)
Once your order is placed, our team carefully reviews your selected size, fabric, and customization details. After confirmation, your order is forwarded to our production team.
Step 2
Custom Production (Approximately 5 Business Days)
Your cushions are handcrafted according to your specifications using high-quality materials. Each piece is made specifically for you, not pulled from inventory.
Step 3
Final Inspection & Packing (1–2 Business Days)
Before shipment, every cushion is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. It is then securely packaged to protect it during transit.
Step 4
Shipping & Transit (6–12 Business Days)
Your order is shipped and on its way to you. Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor delivery progress.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most custom orders are delivered within 15–20 business days from the date of purchase.
During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production and delivery.
Shipping Methods, Fees & Delivery Areas
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Shipping (with Tracking Number) – Free of charge
- Express Shipping (with Tracking Number) – $10.00
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
