Return and Refund Policy

Refunds & Cancellations Policy for Custom Cushions

1. Custom Orders – Non-Refundable

All custom cushions are made-to-order based on the size, fabric, color, and style selected at checkout.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an order is refused upon delivery, no refund will be issued and return shipping fees will apply.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of purchase free of charge.

For cancellation or modification requests made after 48 hours, a 50% fee of the total order amount will apply, as production may already be in progress.



To Initiate A Return:

1. Contact - Email support@zunoracushion.com with the subject as "Return", please include your order number & name within the email so our representatives can better locate your order to initiate the process.

*Any packages sent without contacting support@zunoracushion.com first will not be refunded.

2. Repack - Make sure your item is in the same, like-new condition, packed in the original packaging with all included contents.

3. Print & Ship - Once approved, an order specific RMA Label*(non-prepaid) in the form of a PDF will be sent to you through email.

Once received, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please print out the RMA Label.
  2. Affix it to the outside of your box.
  3. Ship it to the address below through the carrier of your choice:

4. Refund - Once we've received and examined your return items, we will send you a notice of refund and refund your purchase through your original payment method within 3~5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If your return has been delivered and you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at support@zunoracushion.com with your order number. A customer success representative will reply to you within 24 hours to help resolve this issue.

Final sale items (if applicable) 

Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another item or believe that you've received a defective product, please contact us at support@zunoracushion.com. A customer success representative will reply to you within 24 hours to help resolve this issue.

Gifts 

Any gift purchase return is treated as a standard return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you, the purchaser, will be refunded through your payment method in 3~5 business days.
